Refunds & Returns Policy — Gift Haven
1. Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in original condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
• After 14 days, returns are only accepted for faulty or incorrect items.
• Personalised or custom-made items (such as engraved products) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
2. How to Request a Return
• Contact our customer service team at support@gifthaven.co within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
• Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
3. Return Conditions
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if products show signs of use or missing packaging.
• Returns must be shipped using a trackable method — Gift Haven is not responsible for lost return parcels.
4. Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• 🚚 Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
• If your order arrives damaged or with a production issue, contact us immediately at gifthaventeam@gmail.com with:
◦ Your order number
◦ Photos showing the issue
• We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
❌ We cannot accept returns for:
• Personalised or engraved items (unless faulty)
• Used or opened products (for non-custom items)
• Any item returned without prior authorisation
7. Exchanges
• We currently offer exchanges for faulty items only.
• For non-personalised items (like mug warmers), you may request an exchange for the same product within 14 days if it’s unused and in original packaging.
