At GiftHaven, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for our UK customers. Below are the details regarding our returns, replacements, and refund process for our personalised bears and lions.

 


1. RETURN & REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY

• Returns or replacements are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrectly engraved personalised bears or lions.

• All custom engravings are final unless faulty.

 


2. HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

• Contact us at gifthaventeam@gmail.com with:

 • Your order number

 • A clear photo showing the damage or incorrect engraving

• Once approved, we’ll send a replacement free of charge or process a refund. No need to return the original item.

 


3. REPLACEMENT & REFUND CONDITIONS

• Only items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly engraved are eligible.

• Items must match the order placed — no alterations or changes after production can be accepted.

 


4. REFUND PROCESS

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.

• Shipping costs are only refunded if the item was damaged or incorrectly engraved.

 


5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

• If your order arrives damaged or with an incorrect engraving, contact us immediately at gifthaventeam@gmail.com with:

 • Your order number

 • Photos showing the damage or incorrect engraving

• We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

 


6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS ❌

• Correctly engraved personalised bears or lions cannot be returned, even if you change your mind.

• Only damaged or incorrectly engraved items are eligible.

 


 

7. EXCHANGES 🔄

• Exchanges are only offered for damaged or incorrectly engraved items.

• No exchanges are available for correctly engraved items.
